• There will be 3 competition rounds. The First Round of the competition will be the Semi-final Provincial Audition round. The 2nd round is the SA Championships. National Round, the 3rd Round will be the World Championships of Performing Arts.
  
  
• Time limit for Performances will be 90 seconds from semi-final round right through to the World Championships
  
  
• The Competition is open for Amateurs and Professional Performers
  
  
• Contestants are responsible for all travel & accommodation costs, entry fees and expenses, for all 3 rounds, should we not raise enough funds through our World Championships projects
  
  
• To enter for the competition you must be in possession of a valid passport, by the time you reach the SA Championships National Competition.
  
  
• The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• No Cash or cheques will be accepted; entry form must be accompanied by a bank deposit slip
  
  
• ALL ENTRYFORMS MUST BE FAXED DIRECTLY TO THE HEADOFFICE WITH YOUR BANK DEPOSIT SLIP ATTACHED. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR ENTRY FORM TO ANY OTHER PERSON. BEYOND 2000 DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBLILITY IF THE ENTRY FORM DOES NOT REACH OUR OFFICE IN TIME.
  
  
• All music must be cut on CD to 90 seconds, no tapes will be allowed in all rounds of the competition. Vocals must have back tracks preferably without backing vocals.
  
  
• CLOSING DATE FOR SEMI-FINAL ROUND WILL BE February 15, 2006
  
  
• CLOSING DATE FOR NATIONAL COMPETITION WILL BE APRIL 8, 2006
  
  

MEANING OF WORDS & ENTRYFEE

• EVENT: (Dance, Vocal, Modelling, Acting, Instruments, variety Acts or Bands)
  
  
• STYLE: (Ballet, Gospel, Country, Drama, Contemporary, etc.)
  
  
• AGE CATEGORY: (This means if you are 5 years, you will enter the age category 5-7, if you are 14 you will enter under 13-15)
  
  
• CATEGORY: (Solo, Duet, Trio, Small Group, Large Group etc.)

  • SOLO ENTRY - R100-00 Per Event. This allows you to enter in 2 styles. (Each extra style will be R50-00 extra)
    
    
  • DUET ENTRY - R150-00 Per Event this allows to enter 2 styles. (Each extra style will be R50-00 extra)
    
    
  • TRIO ENTRY - R200-00 Per Event this allows to enter 2 styles (Each extra style will be R50-00 extra)
    
    
  • SMALL GROUPS - (4-9 People in a group) - R300 Per Event Each extra style will be R100-00 extra)
    
    
  • LARGE GROUPS - R500-00 Per Event Each extra style will be R100-00 extra)
