- There will be 3 rounds of competitions. The first round
of competition will be the semi-final Provincial round.
The second round is the SA Championships National round
and the third and final round will be the World Championships
of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, California.
- The limit of Performances will be 90 seconds from semi-final
round right through and including, the World Championships
which will be 60 seconds.
- The competition is open for Amateurs and Professional
performers.
- All travel & accommodation cost, entry fees and expenses
for all 3 rounds will be on the contestant's own account.
- To enter this competition, you must be in the possession
of a valid passport by the time you reach the SA
Championships National Competition.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
- NO cash or cheques will be accepted, your entry form
must be accompanied by a bank deposit slip.
- ALL ENTRYFORMS MUST BE POSTED BY REGISTER POST DIRECTLY
TO OUR HEAD OFFICE WITH YOU BANK DEPOSIT SLIP ATTACHED.
WE ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY SHOULD YOUR ENTRY NOT REACH
US IN TIME. DO NOT GIVE YOUR ENTRY OR ENTRY FEE TO ANOTHER
PERSON OR ANY AGENT. PLEASE DEPOSIT IT DIRECTLY INTO OUR
BANK ACCOUNT.
- All music must be put on CD at 90 seconds. NO tapes will
be allowed at any of our rounds in the competition. Vocals
must have back tracks preferably without backing vocals.
- CLOSING DATE for the semi-final round is 2 (two) WEEKS
PRIOR TO YOUR REGIONAL COMPETITION.
- CLOSING DATE for the National competition is APRIL
1, 2007

MEANING OF WORDS & ENTRY FEE
- EVENT (Dance, Vocal, Modelling, Acting, Instruments,
Variety Acts and Bands)
- STYLE (Ballet, Gospel, Country, Drama, Contemporary etc.)
- AGE CATEGORY (This means if you are 5 years old,
you will enter 5-7 age categories and if you are 14 years old,
you will enter 13-15 age categories.)
GROUPS MUST COUNT ALL THE AGES TOGETHER AND DIVIDE IT BY THE
AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN GROUP TO GET THE OVERALL AGE CATEGORY.
ENTRY FEE WILL BE AS FOLLOW
- SOLO ENTRY - R150-00 per Event. This allows you to enter
2 styles. (Each extra Style will be an additional R57-00.)
- DUET ENTRY - R200-00 per Event. This allows you to
enter 2 styles. (Each extra Style will be an additional R57-00.)
- TRIO ENTRY - R300-00 per Event. This allows you to enter 2 styles.
(Each extra Style will be an additional R57-00.)
- SMALL GROUPS (4-9 people) - R500-00 per Event. This allows you to enter 2 styles.
(Each extra Style will be an additional R120-00.)
- LARGE GROUPS (10-19 people) - R800-00 per Event. This allows you to enter 2 styles.
(Each extra Style will be an additional R120-00.)
- PRODUCTION LINE & CHOIRS (20 or more people in this group) - R800-00 per Event.
This allows you to enter 2 styles. (Each extra Style will be an additional R120-00.)
